1. General Terms

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Gafopu website and the purchase of our office desk products. By accessing our website or placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms. Gafopu reserves the right to modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

2. Product Information and Orders

We strive to provide accurate descriptions, specifications, and images of our office desks. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions, pricing, or other content on our website is completely accurate, current, or error-free. All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, errors in pricing or product information, or suspected fraudulent transactions.

2.1 Custom Orders

For custom office desk orders, detailed specifications must be provided and approved before production begins. Custom orders require a deposit and may not be cancelled once production has commenced. Lead times for custom products will be communicated at the time of order confirmation.

3. Pricing and Payment

All prices are displayed in British Pounds (GBP) and are subject to change without notice. Prices include VAT where applicable, but exclude delivery charges unless otherwise stated. Payment must be received in full before dispatch of goods. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and bank transfers. For large commercial orders, payment terms may be negotiated separately.

4. Delivery and Shipping

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary depending on product availability and destination. Gafopu is not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. It is your responsibility to inspect products upon delivery and report any damage or discrepancies within 48 hours.

5. Returns and Refunds

Standard office desk products may be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unused, in original packaging, and in resaleable condition. Custom-made products cannot be returned unless defective. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is faulty or incorrectly supplied. Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of receiving the returned item.

6. Warranty and Liability

Our office desks come with a manufacturer's warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship for a period specified at the time of purchase. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, or damage caused by improper installation or maintenance. Our liability is limited to the repair or replacement of defective products or refund of the purchase price, at our discretion.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Gafopu website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Gafopu and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content without our express written permission.

8. Privacy and Data Protection

We are committed to protecting your privacy and handling your personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws, including the UK GDPR. Personal information collected during the ordering process will be used solely for fulfilling your order and improving our services. We will not sell or share your information with third parties except as necessary to complete your transaction or as required by law.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Gafopu shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our products or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. We encourage customers to contact us directly to resolve any concerns before pursuing legal action.

11. Force Majeure

Gafopu shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, labor disputes, supply chain disruptions, or government regulations.

12. Severability

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable.
